Chris Koppi has dreamed of this milestone for a long time. Koppi has been in the construction industry for decades. He has literally risen within the ranks from being an entry-level worker to a supervisor, to a Certified Construction Manager. Then he thought bigger, much bigger.
Seven years ago, Koppi decided to start his own grading company, C&M Contracting. He knew it would take a lot of hard work and dedication to make it work. Through slow but steady progress he has built a company that takes pride in the work it does, and the employees it helps. Seven years was the magic number to him. The US Bureau of Labor stats shows that over half of all businesses fail within 7 years. If your business can last 7 years, it has a very good chance of being successful long term. That is why this year is special, they hit the milestone that so many other businesses don’t. Not only did they hit the magic 7 year milestone, they exceeded their expectations.
C&M Contracting is excited for 2025 and the years ahead. Their business is exploding thanks to the quality and timely work they do. Their business is growing rapidly due to word of mouth and referrals. This means the world to them. The fact that people are so pleased with the work they do that they refer their friends, family, and business associates. C&M Contracting hopes that you will give them a chance to earn your grading business if you ever need their services. They are confident that you too will become and advocate for their business once you work with them.
Outside of Chris Koppi’s professional life, he is a husband, father of two, and an active member of the community. He is passionate about fishing and running, especially with the Skid Row Running Club. His journey has been shaped by a commitment to continuous self-improvement and a desire to uplift those around him.
